Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Products must be unused and in original condition.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
